How to start
State the promise
A provider sets its SLA and stakes prepaid credits behind it.
We check it
Scheduled checks measure uptime and response time against the promise.
Compensate if broken
If the promise is broken, the policy slashes the stake and credits the affected consumer.

Questions
Is the bond real money?
Not today. The credits are test credits while billing is off.
How is a breach measured?
By our own scheduled checks of the provider's endpoint, about twice a day, over a rolling 7 or 30 day window as set in the SLA. A breach needs at least 3 checks in the window.
How does the free trial work?

Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not charge you again. If you prefer, write to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
