What if a card fails?
Mark the payment as failed and MemberFlow flags it for you. Reminder emails to the member are not switched on yet.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free. We ask for a card when you start. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. One free trial per customer and card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not charge you again. If you prefer, write to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
