Are the badges certificates?
No. Badges are game rewards that you earn by practising. They are not certificates and they do not show an accredited qualification.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free. We ask for a card when you start. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. One free trial per customer and card.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not charge you again. If you prefer, write to [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
